1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on sz99.fun, making a deposit, accessing any game, or using any feature of the sz99 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you (the user) and sz99 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the sz99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all sections of the sz99 platform including Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bingo, the VIP programme and the sz99 mobile app. Additional rules specific to individual game types or promotional offers may also apply and will be published alongside those features.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The sz99 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or participate in any game or betting activity on sz99. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

sz99 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If we cannot verify that you are 18 or older, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed satisfactorily. Any winnings accrued on an underage account may be forfeited.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming entertainment is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or creating an account for a third party.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the sz99 platform.

3 Your sz99 Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the sz99 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. sz99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

• One account per person: Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Accurate details: The name, contact number and payment details on your account must match the information on your verified payment method (e.g. JazzCash or Easypaisa account).
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account currency: All sz99 accounts operate in PKR. There is no facility to hold a balance in any other currency.

sz99 reserves the right to perform identity verification checks at any time. This may include asking for a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. This is a standard procedure to protect both the player and the platform from fraud.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on sz99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is used or accepted at any point. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets.

Deposits are generally processed instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed at the time of transaction in your wallet.

• Withdrawal processing: Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within two to five minutes. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to two hours.
• Withdrawal to registered method only: You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your name and has been used to deposit funds into your account.
• Verification before withdrawal: sz99 may request identity or payment method verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• No third-party payments: Deposits or withdrawals to/from accounts not in your name are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus wagering: Funds received as bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements will be stated in the bonus offer details.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

sz99 offers various bonuses, promotional offers and VIP rewards to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. Where bonus terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the bonus-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. sz99 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus at any time if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the offer.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new offer while a previous one is active may void the earlier bonus.
• VIP programme: VIP points accumulate across all game categories — Casino, Betting, Fish Games and Bingo. Tier upgrades and associated benefits are reviewed periodically and are subject to change.
• PSL and seasonal promotions: Promotional offers tied to Pakistan Super League, T20 tournaments or other sporting events are valid only during the specified period and for the stated markets.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses and VIP rewards have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Games, Betting Rules & Fair Play

sz99 offers Casino games including Slots and Live Casino, Sports Betting covering Cricket (PSL, T20, ODIs, Tests), Football and Esports, Fish Games, and Bingo. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant game section.

Sports Betting markets — including Cricket and PSL betting — are subject to the odds and market rules published at the time of placing a bet. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be suspended during certain match events. Settled bets are final unless a technical error is confirmed by the sz99 team.

• Bets are binding: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered. Voided bets are returned to your wallet at the original stake amount.
• Live Casino: Results in Live Casino games are determined by the live dealer's actions and are final. Disconnection during a round does not entitle a player to a refund unless a confirmed platform error is established.
• Bingo jackpots: Progressive jackpot totals displayed in Bingo rooms are indicative and may fluctuate in real time. The final jackpot amount at the time of winning is the amount awarded.
• Technical issues: In the event of a genuine technical error that materially affects a game outcome, sz99 will investigate and resolve the matter. The platform's decision on such matters is final.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your sz99 account.
• Session reminders: Choose a time interval after which you receive an on-screen reminder of how long you have been active in a session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the platform. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods of one day to six months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sz99 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform.

• Creating more than one account per person (multi-accounting).
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund an account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games or the betting platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of Bingo games, poker-style games or any other competitive format.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a way that is inconsistent with normal recreational play (bonus abuse).
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at sz99 staff or other platform users.

sz99 monitors account activity and transaction patterns. Any account flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed, and further action will be taken where violations are confirmed.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

sz99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. This includes — but is not limited to — the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.

In the event of a suspension pending investigation, your wallet balance will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and your balance released. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified PKR balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated via the email address registered on the account.

10 Privacy & Data

sz99 collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

Your personal data — including your name, contact details, payment method information and account activity — is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity and improve the platform. sz99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Payment data is handled securely. sz99 does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
• Account activity data may be reviewed internally for fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring and platform improvement.

11 Limitation of Liability

sz99 provides an online entertainment platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, secure and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all features will be free from errors at all times.

• sz99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the user's end, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers including payment processors.
• sz99 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's gaming decisions, including losses on Casino games, Sports Betting, Fish Games or Bingo.
• In the event of a confirmed platform error that directly resulted in an incorrect game outcome or payment, sz99's liability is limited to the corrected game outcome or the amount of the erroneous transaction.

12 Changes to These Terms

sz99 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, its features, payment methods, game offerings or for any other operational reason. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the sz99 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any funds remaining in your wallet will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.
